We’re typically involved from the earliest design stages – often stage 3 or 4, and sometimes as early as stage 2 for pods and early cost planning. From there, projects move through tender and onto site, with construction taking anywhere from 18 to 24 months to complete. We support projects of every size and budget, right across the UK – often working with the design team for five years or more to make sure everything’s in place well before materials arrive on site.
